  1. Creating an exam with multiple teachers

    EXAM

Teachers can collaborate in Exam in three different ways:

    The exam has several examiners

    1. Go to the exam’s Basic information
    2. Scroll down to Exam assessment
    3. Add an examiner: start writing the name of the teacher and when the list finds a correct one, choose “Add” to add a new examiner.

NB!   The teacher must have logged in to the EXAM system at least once, and he or she must have the teacher rights in the system.

As a creator of an exam you are automatically the owner/examiner of the exam.

The teachers who have been added as examiners have full rights to modify and assess the exam. The examiners can edit each other’s exam questions, but questions created by others won’t be shown in the question bank, unless they have been shared separately.

    The exam has several evaluators

    1. Go to the exam’s Basic information
    2. Scroll down to Exam assessment.
    3. Add an evaluator: start writing the name of the teacher and when the list finds a correct one, choose “Add” to add a new evaluator.

Evaluators can assess questions, but they cannot enter the final exam grade.

Share an exam question with another teacher

    1. Go to an exam question’s Basic information.
    2. Scroll down to Additional information.
    3. Add a new owner of the question: start writing the name of the teacher and when the list finds a correct one, choose “Add” to add a new evaluator.

NB!  The teacher must have logged in to the EXAM system at least once, and he or she must have the teacher rights in the system..

As a creator of the exam you are automatically also the owner.

The owner of the exam has full rights to the exam question and they can also edit the question, even if it is used in an exam of another owner.
