Once the teacher has locked the exam, there are two options for transferring the credits depending on the university.
Automated transfer of study attainments

If your EXAM system is connected to your university's study administration system, the locked whole course grades will be tranferred from EXAM to your study register automatically. Check the situation in your university.
Manual transfer of study attainments
Create a file of locked grades
If your university’s EXAM system is not connected to your study administration system, you can export locked grades from the EXAM system into a file. Then you can send the file to the person in charge of recording the grades in the study register.
As an examiner you can export locked study attainments from EXAM into a CSV file (*.csv) or an Excel (*.xlx) file.
1. Open an exam which has locked study attainments.
2. View the Study attainments tab.
3. At the bottom of the Study attainments tab, under Locked study attainments, you can use the search box to narrow down your choice, in case you only want to export specific students / a specific student into a file.
Then select the lines to be exported into the file by placing check marks in front of the names.
If you click on the first box in the title bar, a drop-down list will open with two options. This function is especially useful if you have a lot of rows to select.
4. Finally, select the desired export link a) CSV or b) Excel file, and save the file on your computer.
