The Secretariat will provide the panels with the publication volume data, while the evaluation website will take care of the statistics within the panel for each discipline. Publication volume means the 3-year average of domestic and foreign scientific publications published in a publication channel.
Publication volume (a 3-year average) is updated to all publication series indexed in the Scimago Journal Rank. Other publication series are marked with volume of 25. A publication series consumes the quota only up to 2000 even if its publication volume exceeds 2000. The publication volumes are rounded up to the nearest 25.
A compensation for conference removal in 2016 will be removed. However, the panels will be compensated in the beginning of 2022 so that no panel exceeds 22,5% of the Level 2 and 3 quota. This means that all panels will get at least 2,5% increase to their Level 2 and 3 quota. This compensation will be deducted during the following years when new publication channels are added to Level 1.
