The system directs you to a separate website, where you fill out the AVOP feedback survey.
Log into the AVOP survey page with your university's username, and answer the questions (approx. 100) all at once. If you leave the survey unfinished, the answers will not be saved and you will not be able to move forward in the completion process.
After submitting your AVOP survey answers, wait for the redirection back to the graduation system. This ensures that a graduation application is created for you and the reviewer receives an e-mail notification of a new application. If necessary, log in again with your university's username.
If the AVOP survey does not open after logging in, make sure that the courses you completed have been recorded (at latest the day before). The survey opens when you have completed a certain percentage of the credits required for your degree (80% at Bachelor level, 50% at Masters level).
