Availability of data for new Ploteus is still nagotiated - how does this nagotiation run compared to timeline?
Technical, political challenge - whats going to be in it? Only formal education or something elsi - differences between countries - launching in February 2020 - does not sound feasible - 10-100% When can you launch and when not?
