Present: Antti Laitinen, Anu Märkälä, Janniina Määttä, Vera Mol, Monique Leegte, Annica Moore, Egle Gedrimieni

Apologies: Tarja Puura

Time: 14:00-14:44

Agenda:

  1. Feedback on the workshop in Kittilä 9.-11.4.
    1. The team thanked Tarja for organizing and facilitating the workshop.  Janniina will deliver the greetings to her (smile)
    2. The project team perceived the workshop very useful as it was good chance to meet face-to-face with everybody. It also made the overall picture and the next steps of piloting a lot clearer for the project team and the associated partners. Overall, it was good team building day. The project team and the associated partners got to know each other.
  2. Road map (Antti Laitinen to check that everybody has editing rights to the PMC tables.)
    1. Framework architecture:
      1. Discussion on how to realize deployment in the Netherlands. It was suggested to co-operate with the Dutch Europass and invite them to the workshop in Cologne 14.5.2019 since co-operation with SBB seems very unlikely. Vera Mol Monique Leegte will send the invitation to the Dutch Europass group (+ Antti in cc) and see how they respond. DUO itself is not able to travel to Cologne then.
      2.  Deployment plan including Finland and other countries should be ready by the end of May.
    2. Analytics:
      1. Abhi´s work is progressing well. It was difficult to create interests based on ESCO but there is a new solution for that now. See the new ontology: http://finto.fi/fi/about This will be presented in more detail in the next demo on Wed.
      2. Information regarding the competence mapping and recommendation system should be updated in the road map in the first column "main goals and project results" Egle Gedrimiene Annica Moore
    3. Prototypes:
      1. The time line for reporting is very tight. What kind of feedback we wish to get from the steering committee is worth thinking of.
      2. Next demo on Wednesday 17.4. Vera participates as a commentator.
  3. Other
    1. Eva Neffling/ EDUFI was welcomed to the team. She can help with the Europass case study once she has familiarized herself with the project. Also Anu from CSC can participate if needed.
    2. Annica cleared up that the Europass case study (based on the workshop in Budapest in June) should be framed more like an information package on inter linkages and possibilities between Compleap and Europass than an extensive research. DL for the case study has to be agreed upon. (sooner the better)
