3. Final review of the project in Luxemburg 23.1.2020
   1. Finalizing the final reporting before the Christmas holidays (December 20th)
   2. Hotel reservation: PARK INN BY RADISSON LUXEMBOURG CITY (Antti - same hotel as previous time) or some other nearby? 
   3. Antti to finalize the schedule of the review
   4. WP leaders were asked to go through the slides and see what is relevant.
   5. WP leaders were also asked to check when their finance department are ready to deliver the financial information.
