Virtual Expo Gallery

Conference attendees can learn more about the Pure User Groups and get in touch with the group representatives.

In order to get the virtual booth in the Expo Gallery for the Pure User Group Finland, please share the following:

• A short blurb about the user group: 
• Broad topics for discussion with attendees at the stand
• Links / brochures that you’d like to share
• Confirmation of who will host the booth and their contact details: Aija Kaitera, aija.kaitera@helsinki.fi

The gallery is intended to allow registrants to engage socially with different groups who are participating at the conference. 

This space would provide a good opportunity for the User Groups to perhaps engage with their own community.  It should be a complementary area where the members could go for a quick “meet and greet” during the conference.  

From a staffing prospective, we need essentially one person from the user community present during the break times.  See below for specific dates/times.  If you don’t have staff available for a specific day and/or time, it simply means the booth is not open for registrants to “come into”.
