PowerChampion is a tool for analysing co-operation relates assets in a project
The Finnish version of PowerChampion was introduced in November 2014 as part of the results from the Champion research project.
PowerChampion analyses the co-operation in a project from seven viewpoints, i.e. assets. The more of these assets the project has, the more likely it is that the project will succeed.
The analysed assets are

- Strategic Alignment
- Personal Aspects
- Co-creation & Division of work
- Processes & Tools
- Rules & Constraints
- Organisational Culture
