The Finnish version of Focus Champion was introduced in November 2014 as= part of the results from the Champion research project.
There are several important topics requiring project members=E2=80=99 at= tention each day. The topics that actually get the project members=E2=80=99= attention have a great impact on the project=E2=80=99s success and reachin= g the goals. Therefore, selecting the right topics for focus is important.<= /p>
Usually, the projects focus too much on tasks and how the tasks relate t= o the project goal. In Focus Champion, the attention shifts from tasks to p= roject outcomes. Some outcomes can be produced by individuals but more comp= lex outcomes require co-operation, or even co-creation, involving several p= roject members across the organisations.
More information about the tool can be found in The Facilitator's Handbook.
