Service requires registration. Credit card information asked when choosing to use paid account.
Purpose of the service is to offer tools for presenting material on a virtual canvas. Service provides a unique way to visualize ideas and share them with certain participants. Shared presentations can be licensed for editing by other participants.
Prezi offers three kinds of accounts. Public account is free of charge, Enjoy-account and Pro-account are paid and offers extra actions for user.
Prezi retains the right to use user content but only for the purpose of providing service.
Private User Content is processed only in the purpose of providing the service for user and processing the content will end after user account elimination. For the public user content Prezi retains the right to use user content in a large extent, including marketing purposes.
Prezi gathers information about the user (cookies, IP-address). Gathered information and personal information may be used for marketing purposes (advertisements). Marketing actions via e-mail can be opt-out. Personal information may be delivered to third parties.
Ownership of the material remains to user.
