The panels meet at the House of Science and Letters (Tieteiden talo) three times during the first year of their term of office, when the task is to carry out a review of ratingsre-evaluation of levels 2 and 3. For the last three years of its term of office, when panels perform exclusively a complementary evaluation, the panels meet once twice a year (Septemberin April-May and October-November). The panels may decide if they want to meet on site or remotely.
Please note: House of Science and Letters is under renovation until June 2022. During the renovation meetings will take place in Aalto Töölö (address Runeberginkatu 14.-16).
