Notable about joint exams
  • In a joint exam, all individuals designated as examiners and administrators from the organizations involved in the exam have access to edit the exam.
  • In joint exams, the exam templates are created by the administrator, so it is not advisable to modify evaluation and publication details (such as exam duration and period) unless otherwise agreed upon collectively.
  • A joint exam is always anonymous, meaning the student does not see the examiner's name, and the examiner does not see the student's name during the evaluation phase.

...

  • The list of results can be processed in a joint exam via a CSV file. More information can be found in the Teacher's Guide.

The retention period for joint exam performances is 12 months, starting from the locking of the assessment. The process of deleting old exam performances takes place on the first day of each month.
