Teachers can create exams, in which only specific students can enroll.
All maturity exams are created as personal exams.

Instructions
- Create a new exam. Choose Personal exam as the exam type.
- Choose exam mode. Default exam mode is EXAM room (=exam is performed in a room designed for e-exam). You can choose restricted or unrestricted BYOD (=by your own computer) only if the BYOD functionality is used in your organization. Please confirm this from you organization's Exam support.
3. Fill all the information, questions and publishing settings due to the Exam-creating a new exam -instuctions, but notice: in personal exam you have to add the information about the students, whom the exam is designated to.
On the Publish-tab.
Go to Add participants and choose
- EXAM users → Search for the student by name → Check the student's student number so you can be sure you are choosing the right student → Press Add → The student gets an e-mail informing him/her about the pointed personal exam (NB! If you add students as participants after publishing the exam, they won't receive an automatic e-mail from EXAM-system. They have to be informed separately.)
- New users (if you can't find the student in EXAM users-list) → Write down the student's e-mail address → Press Add → After publishing the exam the student receives an e-mail via which he/she can book the examination schedule.

When publishing the exam, the students that were added to the exam before publishing, will receive an email notification about the exam where they can reserve an exam time. Below is a template of the email sent to the student. In the email, the student will receive a link where to book the exam time.
