Support is available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Support Categories and Response Times

Support requests are categorized based on their criticality into the following levels. The classification is made by the service provider based on the information received.

  • Critical: Response within 4 hours
  • Normal: Response within 2 business days
  • Low: Response within 5 business days

Response time refers to the time within which the first reply or action is initiated — it does not necessarily mean the issue will be fully resolved within that time.
