Graduation application

When you are about to graduate, apply for graduation in Peppi.

• First, select the right of study you want to graduate from in the top bar of Peppi (Picture 1).
• Start a new graduation application from the top bar of the Peppi student desktop under Graduation (Picture 2).
• Complete and check all mandatory fields in the application.
  • Once you have completed the application and verified the last section (Picture 3), you can close the application. The application does not have a separate submit-button.
  • Note! After this entry, you will no longer be able to change the checkmarks or reviewer/counselor selections you have made. You can edit your data until the application has been sent to the final stage for officer's checking.

There are two stages in the process of applying for graduation. The application submitted by the student is first checked by the Faculty's Study Services by a 'reviewer/counselor', and then passed on to an 'officer'. You'll receive an email notification once your application has been approved.

Complementary Study Right

You can also apply Complementary Study Right (when applying for Master's degree) with the graduation application.

Diploma Conferment Ceremony Publiikki

In some faculties, registration for the graduation ceremony is also done through the graduation application form. For more detailed faculty-specific instructions, please go to the For you section of the website and select your faculty.

The number of guests attending the ceremony is limited. Please check the For You section of the website for the maximum number of people allowed. Please indicate the number of people attending the party in the space provided on your graduation application.
