Target:
Continue developing national maDMP template to address national funders and local infrastructure (PIDs, CRIS, repositories) and to respond to legislative requirements to provide better RDM support for researchers. Our focus will be on data interoperability rather than building specific solutions.

Theme 1. The benefits of DMPs for researcher

 Define the concrete gains for researcher to use DMPs to increase the usage of DMPs also when there is no mandatory requirement from funder.

Theme 2. Towards structural maDMP template

 Further development of national template towards structural maDMP template – based on national template in DMPTuuli (which Research Council Finland is using) TAU structural template & RDA standard discussed in OSTrails May workshop.

Theme 3. Defining the content for API interphases 

 Defining which are the impactful processes with computing resources provider, research data service, and funder.  

Theme 4. The benefits of DMPs for research organizations

 Defining the gains for research performing organization for requiring use of DMPs – required information for interoperability between maDMP and organizations systems.

 Theme 5. Competence development

 Mapping the requirements for competence and collaboration to ensure coherent development to utilize efficiently potential gains of maDMPs.
