13:20 - 13:50 Goal of the user journey map to identify the steps.
Goals & working methods
- Clarifying utilization of machine readable DMPs in our research ecosystem
- Focusing on interoperability and ensuring data flows in research ecosystem
- Clarifying the purpose of collected information in DMP: who needs the information, and to which purpose/processes
- Identify the required functions and gaps in the maDMP datamodel
- We will create service blueprint for selected scenarios:
- Scenario 1: Establishing research project, and applying research permission to apply external funding (link to the password protected board)
- Scenario 2: Submitting DMP for Research Council of Finland & Reporting after the project (link to the password protected board)
- Scenario 3: Maintaining DMP relevant and updating critical information by researcher into DMP (link to the password protected board)
- Scenario 4: Evaluate required infrastructure resources in the project, apply and re-apply for extension (link to the password protected board)
Discussion of the scope of the use case.
Optimal amount of people per use case is 3-6 persons
