Eduuni Cloud sign in (Suomeksi)

You may have received an invitation message in your email as shown in the image below, through which you can proceed to Eduuni Cloud. Note! The first login should be done with the browser version.

If you have not received the invitation message, but you know that you have been granted access to one of the Eduuni Cloud services, you can also go to Eduuni Cloud from the link:

Use the email address to which you received the invitation message when signing in. 

Signing in with a Microsoft Entra ID account

If the email address you entered belongs to your home organization's Microsoft cloud service environment (Entra ID), you will be directed to log in to your home organisation's sign in service.

• Sign in normally, just like you do with other services in your organization.

Signing in with a Microsoft account

If the email address you entered is registered to an existing consumer Microsoft account, you will be directed to sign in to the Microsoft account sign-in service.

• Sign in normally, as you would for other services you use with your Microsoft account.

Login with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to e-mail

If your e-mail address is not linked to Microsoft services, you have the option to log in with a one-time passcode sent to your e-mail.

If you use Eduuni Cloud services every day and the one-time passcode sent to the e-mail is too difficult to use, you can register yourself a Microsoft account with the same e-mail address you have used Eduuni Cloud with.

After you have created a Microsoft account, send an email to customerservice@eduuni.fi and say that you want to change the one-time passcode for signing in into the Microsoft account.

Eduuni Cloud requires multi-factor authentication MFA from all users

Perform multi-factor authentication as usual.
