1. Open the browser where you are logged into Eduuni Cloud and go to Microsoft My Sign-Ins page.

  2. Ensure from the organization drop-down menu in the top right corner that you are logged in with your Eduuni Cloud account.
    If you're not (as shown in the image below), switch the organization to 'Eduuni Cloud' by selecting it.


  3. Note your current sign in method you have set up for Eduuni Cloud and then select Add sign-in method


  4. Choose your preferred sign-in method and follow the instructions. Please note that the Security key option is not currently supported.


    At this point, make sure to choose a method different from the one you already have set (visible in the previous window).

    If you are changing your mobile device and you already have a new device, you can register the Authenticator app again.


  5. Once the new method has been successfully added, it should appear in the list. If you are changing your mobile device, you can also remove the registration of the old device from this view.
