Removing your Eduuni Cloud account (Suomeksi)

Introduction

Eduuni Cloud users can remove their accounts from Eduuni services if needed. The account removal process is carried out through Microsoft's management portal. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to leave the organization and delete your account.

Steps to Remove Your Account

1. Log in to the Microsoft Management Portal

  1. Go to the My Account page: https://myaccount.microsoft.com

  2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to join Eduuni Cloud.

2. Navigate to Organization Settings

  1. Select Organizations from the left-hand menu.

  2. You will see a list of organizations associated with your Microsoft account.

3. Remove Yourself from the Eduuni Cloud Organization

  1. Locate the Eduuni Cloud organization in the list.

  2. Select the Leave Organization option.

  3. Confirm the removal by following the on-screen instructions.

4. Verify Account Removal

  • Once the removal is confirmed, you will no longer be able to sign in to Eduuni Cloud with that account.

  • Removing your account will revoke all your access rights to Eduuni Cloud teams.

  • If you need access to Eduuni Cloud in the future, you must request team owners to invite you again to the respective Eduuni Cloud teams.
