Eduuni-ID Accessibility Statement

CSC - IT Center for Science Ltd.'s (CSC) aim is to guarantee the accessibility of the Eduuni collaboration services in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services and the EU Accessibility Directive. This accessibility statement concerns the Eduuni-ID service.

State of accessibility

Eduuni-ID service partly fulfils the critical accessibility requirements (WGAC 2.1, A & AA). Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations is mentioned below under Non-accessible content.

Non-accessible content

The following content and/or functions do not yet meet the accessibility requirements:

• Missing labels on the registration form
• The page is missing a title structure
• Document language missing from registration.eduuni.fi page

• The login dialog in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word) is not fully accessible for screen reader users. Keyboard focus and content reading do not work reliably, which may prevent signing in (WCAG 2.1: 2.1.1, 2.4.3, 4.1.2). Fixing the issue depends on the software provider (Microsoft), and the schedule is unknown.
