Transcript of Records
In addition to your Personal Study Plan (PSP), you can track your academic progress through the Transcript of Records. You can examine and filter your studies based on various criteria. You can find this on the desktop menu under Transcript of Records > Transcript of Records.
By default, all studies in your PSP are displayed along with their partial attainments. You can show or hide these details using the “Show parts” and “Hide parts” buttons.
Symbols: On the right side of the window, there is a question mark icon where you can find the meanings of the symbols displayed next to the courses (Figure 1).
Filtering: You can use the “Filter list” options to limit the courses shown (Figure 2):
Schedule-based: Academic year, semester, or period.
Status-based: Entire PSP, completed, partially completed, or failed.
When a filter is applied, the text “Filter active” will appear in the window.
Teacher Notes: An exclamation mark (!) indicates a note from a teacher. Hover your mouse over the sign to read the note (Figure 3).
If you require an official, electronically signed Transcript of Records, you can download it via the Atomi service.
