The panels carry out a re-evaluation of levels 2 and 3 every four years. The re-evaluation requires panel meetings, in which the evaluation criteria and changes to the Level 2 and Level 3 classification can be discussed.
The Secretariat will organise thematic discussion meetings to support the evaluation of multidisciplinary publication channels. These meetings are open for all experts in a given subject area, and the panels will take into account the views of the experts within the Level 2 and 3 quota.
