Under this task the project team has been developing the electronic personal learner plan with tailored tools, contacts and information on relevant learning opportunities. This means the development of a personalised life-long learner plan that includes several independent but interconnected modules, including:
- past studies mapped as competencies
- a personal competence profile with current interests and competencies
- personlaised learning opportunities based on usage data and personal profile
