Business outcomes are concrete results realizing the strategic goals in short term development. Needed capabilities tell what capabilities organization needs to realize business outcomes. Capability appears when its different dimensions are developed. The different dimensions are people, processes and material. Development of people dimension includes development of personal competences, development of processes include processes, concepts and information management and development of material dimension includes infrastructure, information technology and equipment.
