What can I do if I don't see the columns I want to see?
Particularly on a small screen, it may be difficult to see all the information of the publication channels at once. The arrow next to the TOP 10 column opens a menu from which you can select columns you want to hide by clicking the name of the columns. If you want to see the hidden columns again, click on the name of the column in the menu another time.
How do I get the Name field visible again?
The name field sometimes almost disappears if the browser window is narrowed or you are using the portal on a small screen.
Possible solutions:
1) Log out and back inReduce the number of visible columns. The arrow next to the TOP10 column opens a menu where you can select the column name by clicking which columns you want to hide.
2) Make the browser window smaller by using the command ctrl + minus (Windows) OR space + command + minus (MacOS). After that, stretch the Name field by grabbing the bidirectional arrow icon between the Name field and S/R field. Make the browser window bigger again by using the command ctrl + plus (Windows) OR space + command + plus (MacOS).
