In the years when a review of ratings is not carried out, the panels meet once a year to address feedback and suggested corrections to the ratings. Individual changes to Level 2 and Level 3 can be made according to the current volume situation. That is, if a free Level 2 and Level 3 quota has been created due to addition of Level 1 journals, it may be used for upgrades.
