Service provider may also unilaterally change the licensing, terms of usage or privacy settings. For example grading information and evaluation, research plans, development information, personal information (PII), financial information (e.g. business or other IPR) and information containing archiving responsibilities are not suitable for level C services. University's has no ability or legal mandate to manage the stored information in case of any problem situations. Such cases can be for example employers death or service provider's bankruptcy. Service provider can unilaterally change terms of service and privacy. NB! Classifications in Cloud Guide pages concern only so-called consumer services, cloud services personally adopted by the user. Flickr is an image hosting and video hosting website.Photos and videos can be accessed from Flickr without the need to register an account but an account must be made in order to upload content to the website. Flickr offers three types of accounts: Free, Advertisement Free and Doublr.

Flickr is a service provided by Yahoo Inc.
Purpose of the service is mediation place for pictures broadcasted by the service users.
Service users can view some of the materials in the site for free. For downloading material on the site registration is required. For registration Flickr offers three kinds of accounts. Basic account is free of charge. Ad Free account is paid but gives the user a right to preclude possible advertising. Doublr account enables downloading greater amounts of material on the site.
Flickr includes great amount of pictures which are utilized without restraint for educational purposes for example. Flickr provides to its users comprehensive control ways to the material downloaded on the site. User has access to determine downloaded material private or public witch gives the user a right to control the particular material. License types are many to choose from.
Flickr’s business is mostly covered by advertising and services affiliated.
Copyright of the material uploaded on the site remains user. Flickr reserves the right to use material published in publicly accessible areas as long as the particular material is available on the Yahoo services. This right ends with removal of the particular material. License to use material can contain marketing purposes.
Personal data of the users is not given to third parties unless it’s a necessary to provide certain service.
