Project management committee (PMC) meeting took place on December 3rd at 3 pm after the preparation day for the mid-term seminar.
Present: Antti, Egle, Hanni, Anu (secr.), Vera, Monique, Kiira, Annica, Tarja
- It was agreed that monthly PMC meetings will take place every first Monday of each month next year too.
WP 1
- Antti reminded about the mid-term reporting: timetable and instructions are in eduuni.
- Antti has been in contact with EC´s project officer. The review is on Thursday 31st of January.
- Travel plans to Bryssels need to be agreed upon soon.
- Next steering committee meeting will take place in February. The exact date will be announced soon.
- There is a possibility to meet online and discuss the technical reporting with Antti on Wednesday afternoon if needed.
WP2
- Issues concerning WP 2 were largely discussed earlier today. Nevertheless, it was underlined that the requirements are yet to be finalized. Revised version of them is available in eDuuni. The group is waiting for feedback from HTML developers.
- Discussion on how to prioritize the development work and how to include the eight key competences to our design. Organizing the work between WP 2 and 3 and Learning analytics task force under WP2 was heavily debated. After all, it was agreed that Learning Analytics group will be invited to HTML developer meetings (Solita & Edufi) so that they can give their input into the prototype development work. The prototype is planned to be ready in May.
