- Weekly This time, the weekly meeting was used this time for the last preparations of for the mid-term seminar which was going to take taking place on the next following day , (Dec 4th).
- We went through the timetable of the seminar, order of the presentations and slides and made some final changes to them. We also checked the status of registrations and catering etc.
