Building the area from 8am to 9am on 15th Oct. Deconstructing after the event.
Exhibition area consists of basic chairs, power sockets etc. If we need armchairs we need to order them by 19th August.
We can possible visit the area beforehand on 20th Sep.
- Interesting and innovative presentation of prototype
- Needed: Projector, stand, iPads to demo, two electrical outlets, two chairs
- People: 2 persons to hold demos at stand at all times, need to be identified by September (hissipuhe for participants)
