Level A

Service contains no special security risks and may be suitable for University user. However, no all information is allowed to be saved into any external service. Most information handled in the Universities are subject to contracts or laws which restrict the use of these services. For example grading information and evaluation, research plans, development information, personal data (PII), financial information (e.g. business or other IPR) and data containing archiving responsibilities are not suitable for level C services. University's has no ability or legal mandate to manage the stored information in case of any problem situations. Such cases can be for example employers death or service provider'sbankruptcy.
