When giving your course feedback, we recommend using either Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Edge as your browser. 

In Peppi, course feedback can be found on the student’s desktop. It is available both in Finnish and in English. You can change the language in Peppi. You can also give course feedback using a mobile device.

Course feedback in brief

FINAL FEEDBACK 

  • Automatically opens 14 days before the module ends and closes seven days after it. The teacher can add more time for giving feedback both to the beginning and the end of the survey before it opens. 
  • Students will be sent an email when the Course feedback opens.
  • Five statements (perspective: development of competence), mandatory 
  • NPS (net promoter score), mandatory.
  • Two open questions (perspective: development of the study module), voluntary. 
  • The teacher can add up to three questions to the survey from the question bank before the survey opens. 


CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK 

  • Opens automatically when the module starts and closes on the day it ends. 
  • The students can give open feedback at any time during the module’s execution. 
  • A student can give feedback n times. Five statements (perspective: competence development, same as in the final feedback), voluntary. 
  • For long modules with several teachers, this allows the teachers to receive intermediate feedback related to the students’ competence development, for example, during the last class before the teacher changes. 


THE TEACHER’S FEEDBACK SURVEY (INTERIM FEEDBACK) 

  • The teacher can create their own surveys using the questions in the question bank. 
  • The teacher can perform these surveys n times. 
  • The maximum number of questions is ten. 
  • The survey will activate on the students’ desktop. Students will be sent an email when the Course feedback opens.

COUNTER-FEEDBACK 

  • The teachers can give counter-feedback to students within 31 days after the students’ feedback period has ended. 
  • Counter-feedback can be drafted n times and it must be sent personally – the system will not send the message automatically. 
  • The counter-feedback can be read for 60 days after the feedback period has ended.
