As a student, you can have an impact by giving feedback on study modules. Answers are always be given anonymously. You can open an individual active feedback form by clicking the “GIVE FEEDBACK” button next to the study module’s row on the front page. A new page opens, allowing you to view the name and code of the study module and the names of the teachers and the feedback form (e.g., final feedback). You can also see how many days you have left to fill in the survey – the form will close at 23:59 on the last day.

The final feedback form will activate automatically 14 days before the module ends, and ends 7 days after it. If they wish, the teacher can adjust the period for giving final feedback, but it will always be open for at least 14 days.

The system will send an automatic email to students when the final feedback is activated. If the teacher wishes, they can also send their own email reminders via the system after the automatic reminder has been sent.

The final feedback form has five rating scale questions, two open questions and NPS (net promoter score). For the rating scale questions, the perspective is competence development:

  • I have actively invested in my learning during the study module.
  • The teaching and guidance provided supported my learning.
  • I achieved the competence goals set for the study module.
  • I learned new things over the course of the study module.
  • I received enough feedback about my competence development over the course of the study module.

The scale used is 1–6 (where 1 = fully disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = partly disagree, 4 = partly agree, 5 = agree, 6 = fully agree).

The study module’s development is the perspective applied to the open questions:

  • How should the study module be developed? E.g. contents, materials and teaching methods, level of difficulty, amount of work.
  • What was good about this study module? E.g., contents, materials and teaching methods, level of difficulty, amount of work.

Net promoter score is a recommendation index about the course.

As a student, you can choose whether to give open feedback to all the teachers or a certain teacher. Teacher of the implementation can see the feedback in any case. The teacher can also choose additional questions from the question bank for the final feedback survey. They can add up to three questions, which must be added before the course feedbacks form becomes active.

Registration to Peppi has a time limit, which means that the session closes within a certain amount of time. A warning of this will be shown at the upper edge of the page. The form is not saved automatically, so remember to send in your answers. You can give final feedback only once using the form, and you cannot edit your answers after sending them.
