Mikä / What: The European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) is one of the new partnerships supported by the European Commission and Member States. It aims to realise a “web of fair data” and provides a virtual environment with access to various services supporting open science and the management of the research data lifecycle, from sharing to processing and preserving data.

Vastuutahot / Responsible parties: CSC is a member of the EOSC Association; Sara Garavelli has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the EOSC Association (2022-2024); CSC is involved in a series of EOSC-related projects (DICE; EOSC Enhance; EOSC Secretariat; EOSC-hub; EOSC Nordic; FAIRsFAIR; EOSC-Life; etc.); CSC coordinates the EOSC Finnish Forum - Sara Garavelli (CSC)
