    •  people with a lot of points get cinema tickets
    • moderators can also give prizes to contiributors that have made something great
  • search engine uses only keywords → moderators add keywords
    • more about this tomorrow

  • oppimisaihoita/moduuleja/worksheetin osia joita voi drag-and-drop kullekin oppilaalle sopiviksi työkirjoiksi
    • monenlaisia tehtävätyyppejä
  • jokainen elementti on lisensoitavissa
    • ei "ylilisensointia" eli kuville laitetaan aina jokin lisenssi (tai pidetetään kaikki tekijänoikeudet), mutta ei-tekijänoikeudelliset tekstipalat eivät saa lisenssiä
    • question: is none only for materials that do not have copyright or also for materials that teachers do not want to share under cc
  • tutory is closed source "because it's valuable"
  • cc-lisenssit ovat pelkästään pienille osille, googlea varten ilmoittavat sopivimman lisenssin koko aineistolle

  • new deadline for Klascement moderators: contributions by users should be online in less than 10 working days
  • helping moderators
    • process: moderators came up with ideas, then they were asked to evaluate how frequently they would use it and how impactful it is, and after that developers evaluated how time consuming it would be to implement it → how impact, how frequenzy, low effort targets were chosen
    • choosing thumbnails speeded up
      • people can search within pixabay and flickr open licence to choose a tumbnail-picture (moderators choose and describe it)
      • due to new accessibility guidelines thumbnails need to be described → what's in the picture
    • automated keywords
      • title and description based keyword suggestions that moderators choose from
        • they use a company to buy this service
        • problem: they use user generated keywords as the reference data
        • currently the ai does not take into account the subject and the educational level → to fix this, they changes the moderator process
    • linked resources based on ai
      • in the future an algorithm will help moderators in tipping related resources
  • a resource can have only one resource type because the type is linked to the next steps on what they need to input (link, different kin of file)

Remembrance education Simon Schepers - Project manager  Special Committee for Remembrance Education

  • remembrance education has their own page in klascement
